Discount Exclusions

Some exclusions may apply to AnaOno Discount codes.

• Discounts are applied online during checkout or are applied automatically depending on promotion. Discounts can be redeemed on phone orders during promotional periods.
• Offer excludes the following: Sale Items, Apparel Items, Sponsored & Donation Items, Promotional Items, Gift Cards, Items purchased via Insurance, Taxes, Shipping Rates.
• For discount code offers, the cost of your qualifying item(s) will be adjusted after offer code is applied.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
• Discounts cannot be combined with rewards/perks.
• If items are returned, canceled or exchanged, the offer's value will be deducted from your refund.
• Discount only available while supplies last. No rain checks.
• Discounts carry no cash value.
• No substitutions.
• Previous purchases do not quality toward offer eligibility.
• Offer subject to end at any time.
• Apparel items ship separately and are not eligible for free shipping.
• BOGO Sales: Buy one get one either free, or % off, depending on the type of promotion. You get the lesser value item either free/% off.

Buy One, Get One Free Fffers

• When you use a BOGO code, you'll receive one bra for free when you purchase another.
• The discount automatically applies to the lower-priced bra, meaning you'll pay for the more expensive bra and get the cheaper one at no cost.
• If you return part of your order, you will be refunded only for the item you paid for—not the free item.
• If you return only the paid bra, and keep the free one, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the original promotion.

Free Bra Promotions (ex. PWA/Natrelle)

• These promotions apply a $65 discount to your order total, which is equivalent to the average price of a bra.
• If the bra you choose costs less than $65 (e.g., $59), the remaining balance (e.g., $6) can apply to other items in your order.
• Returns for orders using a free bra promo will be processed based on the actual $65 discount value, not the full price of the bra.
  • For example, if you received a $59 bra as part of the promo, your return will reflect that you received a $65 discount—not a free$59 bra.
• This means the math may not always appear to line up exactly, but rest assured it's based on the original discount applied at checkout.

To apply a discount to your cart, type in a published promo code into the “gift card or discount code” box at check out for your discount code to be applied to all eligible items in cart.
