Meet Dr. Saida and learn about the 3 part self love series

Growing up as a French-Canadian farm girl on First Nation reservations, Dr. Saida developed a profound understanding of the sensual connection between women and nature. This upbringing nurtured her passion for truth and pleasure, culminating in the creation of the Désilets Method. This methodology examines the impact of sexual practices on women's psychosexual well-being, encouraging them to reclaim their bodies and voices.

"My intention is to remind you that you are sexually sovereign while inspiring you to live life on your own terms.”

Dr. Saida's work has reached a global audience through her books, articles, and seminars, inspiring millions of women to transform their lives. Her insights have contributed to numerous podcasts and have been featured in works by Dr. Christiane Northrup and Dr. Rachel Carlton Abrams. Additionally, her methods have influenced female medicine, being incorporated into luminary talks and medical textbooks, leading to remarkable healing experiences for women embracing their erotic innocence.

A traumatic sexual experience in 1994, which left her with a dire prognosis, became a catalyst for Dr. Saida's journey. Defying the odds, she has since performed thousands of solo belly dance shows, earned a black belt in 7 Star Praying Mantis martial arts, and established successful holistic healing businesses. Her literary contributions include "Emergence of the Sensual Woman" and "Desire," and she holds a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. As the founder of the Modern Jade Egg movement, Dr. Saida has developed multiple online courses, advised multiple apps such as Cabau (women’s empowerment fitness app), Kama (sexual wellness), and BrainTap (brain optimization), co-created with Aaron Michael a medical protocol for sexual dysfunction for the company Adamo BioSciences, and is currently advising the DoJ of South Africa on ways to support women to heal from painful intercourse and periods.
