Returns & Exchanges

 

Most items are returnable within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original attached tags and packaging.


All clearance sale products, all underwear, and certain apparel items (as marked) are considered final sale and are not returnable. 

In some cases, including if your item was a gift, you may only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

If you purchased the $1.48 Risk-Free Buy & Try coverage via Re:do with your order, you will be sent a pre-paid mailing label via email at no additional cost when you submit your return via the link below. You may print your label and packing slip or take the QR code to a USPS shipping facility.


If you did not purchase the $1.48 Risk-Free Buy & Try coverage, you will submit your return through the same link below where you can purchase a shipping label at the lowest available cost (will vary based on current rates) or have it deducted from your refund balance. You may print your label and packing slip or take the QR code to a USPS shipping facility.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Return Policy

If you are outside of the United States, returns may be requested via the link below where you may purchase a shipping label at the lowest available cost (will vary based on current rates) or have it deducted from your refund balance. We do not offer exchanges for international orders.


If you purchased your AnaOno item through Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, SOMA, or any other partner store, you must process your return request through their platform as we do not have access to your original form of payment. Redo coverage is only eligible for orders placed on anaono.com. All Facebook/Instagram orders are responsible for covering the cost of their return label, if they wish to process a return or exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Initial shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. Re:do coverage fee is not eligible for refund. Re:do coverage is available on a per-order basis and may not be cross-applied to other orders. Re:do coverage is only eligible to orders being shipped domestically in the U.S. 


Re:do is valid on most products sold on our website, however Re:do is not eligible on items on clearance/final sale, and underwear. We apologize for the inconvenience.


If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us right away and we will be glad to replace it.


All returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at our processing facility. Please make sure they are packaged carefully and shipped properly to ensure a smooth return experience.


Once your return has been received, inspected, and processed, we will notify you via email. If your return has been approved and you have requested an exchange, you will receive new tracking details via email.


Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, and it may take 2-3 business days to reflect on your account. If you haven’t received a refund after 2-3 business days, please first contact your credit card company, as there is often some processing time on their end before a refund is posted. If you have done this already and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Our policy is good for up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

 


Sale items (if applicable): Items sold at clearance sale prices are considered final sale and not eligible for return. Underwear is also not eligible for returns (were sure you understand why.)


Damages (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will have information about your return.


Apparel: At this time, apparel items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Apparel is not eligible for international shipping.


Shipping

We offer free shipping (USPS) when you spend $100 or more on domestic orders only.

There will be a processing time of up to 2-3 business days, but orders are typically sent out within 24 hours. After that, we hand-ship your lovelies by USPS, UPS, or FedEx:


USPS (domestic orders less than $99 = $7.99) 7-10 Business Days

UPS Ground ($10.99) 3-7 Business Days

FedEx Express ($15.99) 2-3 Business Days

For international orders (cost varies) 15-20 Business Days


We offer international shipping, which is powered by Managed Markets. The following countries and regions: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Asia and the EU. Cost varies based on address and package weight, and will be shown at checkout. In most cases, shipping costs include duties, taxes, and fees.
